Antique Patriotic Order Of Sons Of America SwordThese swords were made from the1800's to the very early 1900's. The wsord is in good to very good condition for its age. Both sides of the blade has some etching on it. The scabbrad is very ornate but has a small dent towards the bottom on it and 3 small rust spots at the top. The handle is a little bit loose. The leather and wire wrapping is in very nice condition for its age. The guard has a beautiful eagle on ti with the number 1 on the underside. Everything is ni original condition. The blade has william -c- rowland, phila, pa. On one side, on the other side of the blade is stampde germany. This sword measures 36 1/2 logn and is a great collectable to own especially for the patriotic americans and collectors. |
